Neurodivergence Coaching
Neurodivergent individuals are naturally 'unconventional' which is something to be celebrated, coaching can help us navigate 'conventional' environments and work towards (our own definition of) excellence in whichever direction we choose.
I trained with ADHD Works as an Advanced AuDHD coach, after over 15 years working in arts and media organisations in various roles. From experiencing a range of challenges first-hand, I have a good understanding of what makes a healthy and inclusive work environment for neurodivergent individuals.
What coaching looks like
Coaching is almost like an appropriately trained human version of how ChatGPT is most often used. My aim is to support you to identify and take steps towards what you really want, away from the inner (and outer) critic. My training as a mental health first aider and a mentor helps me create a secure and calm space - judgement-free accountability, where you can feel comfortable being open and honest.
Who I work with
As a freelance artist and performer I coach other individuals in similar positions, as well as those in more traditional or 'corporate' roles looking to tune back into an artistic/free-er version of themselves. I also have experience working with parents of highly creative neurodivergent children looking to find new ways to connect with them. I also lead workshops and group coaching sessions.
Funding
If you need help applying for Access to Work in order to pay for coaching then ADHD Works has a great free video that you can body double with during your application.
Next steps
My current rate for 1:1 coaching is £80 per hour, in-line with Access to Work grant rates, and we usually book in blocks of 5 or 10 weekly one hour sessions. Group coaching and workshop rates vary per project.
Please don't hesitate to drop me an email, and we can set up a free 30mins, no commitment intro call. We can talk more about what you're looking for, my coaching (what coaching even is!), and the ADHD Works coaching framework.
I also organise a neurodivergent creative community group where we participate in regular free artistic activities together, mainly in London - please email me to join the mailing list.
